Colour Reflections
Discover the colours that reflect you — not just the ones you're told to wear.
Colour analysis can tell you which colours naturally harmonise with your colouring.
But knowing that you're a Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring is only the beginning.
Because you still have to wear those colours.
They have to work with your wardrobe, your personal style, your lifestyle and, importantly, they still have to feel like you.
Colour Reflections combines personalised online colour analysis with guided self-reflection to help you understand both which colours naturally complement you and how you want to use them.
It's colour analysis with you, rather than the rules at the centre of it.

Have you ever wondered why some colours just seem to work?
You put something on and suddenly your complexion looks brighter.
Your eyes seem clearer.
You look more awake.
Everything feels a little more harmonious, even though you can't quite explain why.
And then there are the colours you love on the hanger but somehow never love quite as much once you're wearing them.
That's where colour analysis can be incredibly useful.
By looking at the relationship between your natural colouring and different colour characteristics, including temperature, depth, clarity and intensity — I can identify the family of colours that naturally harmonises with you.
But I don't believe that discovering those colours should leave you frightened of wearing everything else.
Your palette is a tool, not a rulebook.
4. Then comes the reflection
Colour is surprisingly personal.
Some of us have worn the same safe neutrals for decades.
Some instinctively avoid being noticed.
Some have been told certain colours are “too young”, “too bright” or simply not us.
Others buy beautiful colours and then leave them hanging unworn in the wardrobe.
And sometimes our relationship with colour has changed because we've changed.
That's why your Colour Reflections experience doesn't end with your analysis.
You'll also receive your Colour Reflections Journal, designed to help you explore what colour means to you and begin experimenting with it in a way that feels comfortable and authentic
3. Your Personal Colour Guidance
Once we've established your colour direction, we'll translate the theory into something useful.
You'll receive guidance around the colours that naturally harmonise with you, including suggestions for incorporating them into your wardrobe.
But this is where Colour Reflections moves beyond simply receiving a palette.
Because your technically “best” colour isn't necessarily going to become your favourite colour.
And it doesn't need to.
We'll consider your preferences, your style and your relationship with colour, so you can use your palette as a starting point rather than another set of restrictions.
The aim is to give you more confidence and choice — not fewer options.
2. Your Personal Colour Analysis
I'll personally analyse the information and photographs you've provided to explore the characteristics of your natural colouring.
I'll consider factors including:
undertone and temperature
depth
contrast
clarity versus softness
From this, I'll identify your seasonal colour direction and create your personalised Colour Reflections report.
Rather than simply telling you “you're this season”, I'll explain why certain colours work particularly well for you and what I'm seeing within your colouring.
Because understanding the why makes the information far easier to use.
1. Your Reflection Form
We'll begin with a personalised online consultation.
You'll complete your Colour Reflections form and submit the photographs I need to carry out your analysis, along with information about your current relationship with colour, the colours you're naturally drawn towards and anything you'd particularly like help understanding.
This gives me more than photographs to analyse.
It gives me context about you.

Colour Reflections might be for you if...
You've always wondered which colours genuinely suit you.
You own plenty of clothes but repeatedly reach for the same few colours.
You love colour on other women but don't feel confident wearing it yourself.
Your colouring has changed over time and colours that once worked don't seem to feel quite right anymore.
You want to shop more intentionally and understand which colours will work easily with your wardrobe.
You've tried working out your season yourself but ended up more confused than when you started.
You've had colour advice before but found the rules restrictive.
Or perhaps you're simply curious to see yourself through a different lens.
What Colour Reflections isn't
This isn't about handing you a list of colours you're allowed to wear.
You won't hear me tell you to throw away half your wardrobe because it isn't in your season.
And discovering your palette doesn't suddenly make every colour outside it “wrong”.
There is an important difference between:
“This colour naturally harmonises with me.”
and
“I'm only allowed to wear this colour.”
Colour analysis should give you useful information.
What you do with that information remains entirely yours.
That's central to the Pick Up The Mirror approach.

Know the rules. Then make them yours.
Perhaps you'll discover that the colours you've instinctively loved for years were telling you something all along.
Perhaps you'll find a completely unexpected shade that makes you see yourself differently.
Or perhaps you'll finally understand why something in your wardrobe has never felt quite right.
Whatever you discover, I don't want you to finish Colour Reflections thinking:
Now I know what I'm supposed to wear.
I'd much rather you think:
Now I understand what works for me — and I know what I want to do with it.
Because the goal isn't obedience to a colour palette.
It's understanding yourself well enough to make informed choices — and having the confidence to make them your own.
Pick up the mirror.
See yourself clearly.
